The 6th Annual Toronto International Flamenco Festival creates a breathtaking experience, bringing together explosive traditional Flamenco with a taste of the unexpected by the most innovative and critically acclaimed performers from Spain and Canada. This year’s festival features one of the most awarded artists from Spain and abroad: Rafaela Carrasco, in her first appearance in Canada, in her show “Vamos al Tiroteo”. This show won two major awards at the Biennal of Flamenco of Seville: Best Prize Giraldillo Dancer and Press Prize for the Best Choreography. Critics have raved about this show:
